Located in Handy Township, this 89-acre preserve is located on Sharpe Road. The property was donated to the Conservancy by Marialice Phillips in honor of her husband, Bill Phillips. Bill loved the outdoors and purchased the land in 1963. From 1981 to 1990, part of the property was farmed, but is currently a mixture of open fields, oak hardwood forest, and wetlands. Bill expressed a strong desire to keep as much of the land preserved as possible, so after his death in 2003, Marialice decided the majority of the land would be donated to the Conservancy.
